Very Helpful Personal Follow-up Service I made a mistake when making the payment: I made the "mistake" of going back one page to double confirm the order details, but somehow the page couldn't be loaded. After a few clicks, I managed to proceed with confirming the payment. My bank sms me about the credit card charge, but I couldn't see my order, and I wrote them for help. I didn't know this company before. Because the quote was in HK dollars, I even thought it was a Hong Kong company (It is a UK-based company.). Anyway, I wrote to them to seek their help. Miss Fiona Myers, their Customer Service Section Leader, personally responded. She promised to locate my credit card transaction and fix the order, provided that I sent her the last set of numbers in my credit card. I then sent her the required info, and she fixed the problem and dispatched my order right away. I have used them 3 times so far and there service is excellent, once for a refund for a incorrectly ordered phone case, the return was painless, straightforward and quick. The other two, quick delivery excellent products. Would happily recommend to anyone.

I ordered my phone 2 days ago I was sent an email an was told if any questions email a certain email which I found was a fake email and I'm trying to see how long my order will actually take. I have no way to contact these people. It's very unprofessional.

The product was never received. There is no way to track the shipping on the site. Other than a shipping notice I have no way to know if the item was shipped or not. Seems like a scam. I'd really like someone to track the product.

This company does not post negative reviews about the products they sell. It's been weeks since I followed the email link they sent and wrote a review. They post a few obviously, but most are not posted so they can keep the ratings high on their products. Who wants to buy a 1 star product right? Automatic 1 star review for dirty, unethical business practices that are far to common among retailers. I'm sure they will reply to this with some BS saying that's not true, how it must have got lost, or they had some technical difficulties and that's why it wasn't posted. THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPANIES DOING THIS NOW!
