i was at first hesitant to order from Mobilefun from Canada but since they were the only one that had the case i wanted for my Samsung S9+, i decided to risk it. i have to admit i was very nervous as my case was expensive. i got even more nervous when almost a week later my case did not arrive. however, when i contacted their customer service (by email only), they were very helpful and immediately response and sent me another case on the same day. i got my case in the next 2 days. The case is original, and fabulous. so 5 stars for excellent service and great products.

I will never use this company again - ever! Placed my order and received the dispatched notice. Order stated 2-3 working day delivery, so after 5 working days I contacted them. Received some rhetoric about taking 10 working days with 15 working days at the extreme. At 10 working days I contacted them again as it was obvious that this item was either lost or mis directed. More rhetoric without any obvious investigation into why this item hadn't reached me? Told them I was dissatisfied with this answer, but no reply to that one. At 15 working days I offered the ultimatum - send the item immediately or full refund including the non existent postage. This prompted a form which I duly filled in and am now awaiting confirmation of refund. At no time did this company seem bothered that I hadn't received my goods and in fact, kept sending emails asking me to review the product I had not received... Placed new order for the same product with Amazon on Sunday afternoon - received it the next morning... My advice is use Amazon or any other reputable company and avoid Mobilefun like the plague.

I ordered a magnetic dashboard cell phone holder. I spent quite a bit of time researching as I wasn't sure about the magnet. I put the magnet between my case and phone, I have a galaxy s8 and it stays sturdy. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Got invisible protection screen protector for Nokia 7 plus,totally defective product with no instructions,just a link to video with partial instructions,video shows someone pulling red label down to reveal the screen protector,but with the ones I got,the red label only pulled down 1/8 of the way, Contacted support who were unhelpful,saying they needed to be returned.But they in the bin,I destroyed them further by trying to get them on,no instructions,didn't work,no matter what Avoid these crowd,defective,useless product was given to me
