Ordered 2 Chromecast Audios from “Mobilefun Canada”. Show up at the post office (in Montreal, Canada) to pickup the package and I have to pay customs charges? ($23???) Not only that but I get the product home and they are both meant for UK power outlets, not North American. Not acceptable. If a company claims to be Canadian, they need to disclose if there will be customs charges and MAKE IT CLEAR THE PRODUCT IS DESIGNED FOR A DIFFERENT COUNTRY).

I was very happy with the product, price and service of mobilefun.com. Very pleasant to deal with. I recommend them highly.

They said the item would ship 5-15 days. It's been over 20 days. Contacted customer service and they said wait over a month. Now the phone is broken and will have to pay for repairs. Would have been 1000 times better to pay a little more to get a protector in time. Completely not acceptable.

Happy with what I got. Was out of the first color of stylus i wanted but that happens so got a second in a decent color

They seem to have a nice selection, but,.... I ordered a cover for a phone nearly 3 weeks ago. They promptly debited my card and sent an e-mail saying that the product had been shipped via U.S. postal service. Now, almost 3 weeks later, nothing. Not only nothing, the phone number they provide is a non working number in Brooklyn and the e-mail address they tell you to send questions to comes back undeliverable. Do they have an 800 number? Nope. My recommendation, spend a little more money and get what you paid for by avoiding this company.
