Great, hard-to-find product, arrived in great condition! The only complaint I have is that the payment steps for the product were confusing -- I initially tried paying with credit card but then got an email that said I had to pay with PayPal, which weirded me out a little. But I did so and it all worked out.

Great company! The product was at my door in California from the UK in less than 72 hours! Product was brand new and in original packaging and works perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It would be nice if they had a system that recognized people were purchasing from different countries and warn them that devices may not be compatible in their country I read a review where a guy bought 2 Chrome Cast Audio's and came with European plugs this is the exact same thing that just happen to me I hope I have no problem returning these Chrom Cast its THIER fault selling incompatible products to countries other than their own if you sell in diff countries the least you can do is make sure your selling things they can actually use!!

I bought a note 9 Spen they told me it's from Samsung it work 80% some of the future don't work so with the serial number on the pen I call Samsung I give the serial number to verify if this is original Samsung they say this number doesn't exist that's mean this is not original that's why it's not working all the function thank you for lying no I'm going to buy from Samsung the original one cheaper the only reason I bought it from you guys the time I am looking for S Pen Samsung didn't have it the black one you guys had it and you guys told me its original that's why I bought it so people who don't get their stuff please wait as I waited more than a month they told me 10 days I thought it was a scam but it's not they will send you their items even though it's fake

No problems at all with my order. They're UK-based, though, and it's not immediately obvious from their web site. So, if you need to return your order, it would have to be shipped to the UK. It's a complication I'd rather avoid

They sell products (specifically, Whitestone Dome) that claim to have a "limited lifetime warranty", but when you make a warranty claim, there are issues. 1. There's nothing anywhere that mentions Mobile Fun is in charge of the warranty even though the warranty is allegedly from the manufacturer. 2. There's no obvious warranty claim process - you just have to email Mobile Fun repeatedly until they cave and send a replacement. They responded AFTER I sicced Whitestone on them. 3. Even though it states "limited lifetime", Mobile Fun says that means they'll only replace it 3 times, and only within 1 year of purchase. 4. When you make your second warranty claim (well inside this one year timeframe), they'll tell you you've exhausted the warranty.

Very good pricing, excellent and quick shipping. A great company to do business with.

Ordered from Mobile fun 18 April and have yet to receive the goods. I paid through PayPal so I'm opening a Claim Case with them.
