They do not state on the main part of the site that your order ships from the UK no matter which Mobile Fun site you visit. The sites are just satellites used to make buyers believe they are local. I used Mobile Fun.ca for Canada and believed they would ship from Toronto. NOPE, how wrong I was. It came from the UK to Toronto, where I then had to pay 43 dollars import/brokerage fees to get it released. Since the items only cost 102 dollars, I paid almost 50% in additional fees, wiping out any savings I may have realized. Actually, I could have gotten them cheaper from Amazon.ca. Don't buy from them if you want to support local.

I have to admit when I'm in the wrong. I had a message stating that my order had been posted and 2 days later was about to leave negative feedback here. I have to be the first to say that once people have received their goods, most won't even leave ANY feedback and this reflects badly on the company. So, if u have received your goods PLEASE help independent companies such as this one and leave the relevant feedback. People are all too quick to leave negative feedback which spreads too fast and ruins businesses. Ty Mobile Fun this item is AWESOME

website stated delivery 2-3 days, not dispatched for 5 days and now 9 days on still no sign of the item

I purchased a Spigen case on the 23/11/2018 and paid extra for express delivery. It arrived on the 28/12/2018. That's 5 weeks later exactly. Shocking stuff and a terrible customer experience. While there is an indication of the stock levels on the MobileFun website it is nowhere near accurate and in my experience is just a gimmick. When I emailed customer service on the 28/11/2018 enquiring about the status of the purchase I was told "The item you have enquired about is currently expected to be in stock on the 30/11/18" "Your order would be added to a back-order list, and it will be immediately dispatched to you as soon as the stock arrives." That's a long way off the 28/12/2018. DO NOT USE MobileFun. Stick with Amazon or other reputable vendors.
