When our child wants to access outside of time limits they change the time on their phone. Each time the do an update, the settings get screwed up. There is no notification so suddenly sites we thought were blocked are unblocked. We have been on 5+ calls with support over the 12 months we have used it. The latest thing is that we are supposed to get a Credit Card to make payment. We don't have a credit card. Ugh
