Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trustpilot, we do apologize for all this hassle and truly appreciate your valuable and honest feedback. Please note that shipping dates were true for BBQ grills and accessories and every brand we carry except Hanover, and we do apologize for not keeping up with informing out customers immediately due to thousands of orders being placed on a daily basis, but we had a statement regarding the shipping delays due to the COVID-19 situation as a banner on the website. We care about you as a valued customer, please let us know what can we do to make it up? Warm Regards, M&K Grills Thank you for taking the time to review us,

Hi Kaitlyn, Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trustpilot, we do apologize for all this hassle and truly appreciate your valuable and honest feedback. The issue was due to communication with the manufacturer, our system is tied to their warehouses and updates quantities automatically. After discovering the issue we sent the 'MIGHT NOT' email to all of our customers to update them on the stats of the issue. The delivery estimate date was true for grills only and not Hanover products, we already updated our website to note this info on all Hanover Product pages, I hope that helps clarify the situation. We care about you as a valued customer, please help us make it up for you and let us know what can we do to make it up? Warm Regards, M&K Grills
