We think this review may have reached the wrong company. M&K Grills sells built-in BBQ grills and outdoor kitchens from Irvine, California, and we don’t make dental grillz. You may be looking for mkgrillz.co.uk in the UK. If we’ve misread this, please email [email protected]. – The M&K Grills Customer Care Team

Big fraud
Big fraud! DONT RECOMMEND. The positive comments are from the owner himself.

We have no record of an order under this name and we don’t ship to Sweden. If you did buy from us, please email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it right away. Our reviews come from real customers, many of them through Trustpilot’s verified invitations, so we take the concern seriously. Otherwise, this may have been meant for mkgrillz.co.uk, a UK company with a similar name. – The M&K Grills Customer Care Team

Ordered 6 months ago still nothing
We ordered our item about 6 months ago and still haven't received it and there has been a lack of communication. Not sure if they’re scamming or not but please be careful

We have no record of an order under this name and no shipments to the UK. Given a similarly named UK company, mkgrillz.co.uk, this review may have reached us by mistake. If you did order from us, please email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll track it down immediately. – The M&K Grills Customer Care Team

Where are my grillz and lack of communication
I sent my grillz on December and mk grills received it and have sent me the tracking on evri it has been well over a week and evri is still saying they haven’t received the package I have email mkgrillz support multiple times and no answer it’s taking well one the time it should’ve to get her leaving me frustrated I would’ve liked a response and if it can be delivered a refund
Response from M&K GrillsOct 22, 2026
This looks like it was meant for a different company. We’re a BBQ grill retailer in Irvine, California, and we don’t ship via Evri or make dental grillz. The company you’re after is likely mkgrillz.co.uk. Sorry you’re having trouble reaching them. If we’ve misread this, please email [email protected]. – The M&K Grills Customer Care Team

Not replying
I have sent my mould in and they have not contacted me it’s been a month
Response from M&K GrillsMar 19, 2024
We believe this was intended for another business. M&K Grills sells outdoor BBQ grills and cabinetry from California, and we don’t take moulds or impressions. mkgrillz.co.uk in the UK is likely the company you’re trying to reach. If we’ve misread this, please email [email protected]. – The M&K Grills Customer Care Team

Took my money right away then nothing
Took my money right away then nothing. 4 emails and 4 voicemailes . No response to any of them. Totally unacceptable. Senior citizen and really can't afford to be scammed for over $400.
Response from M&K GrillsOct 22, 2026
Cathy, we’re very sorry to hear you’ve had this experience, especially after paying and getting no answers. We can’t find an order or payment under your name, so we believe this may be about a different company. If you did purchase from M&K Grills, please email [email protected] with your order number or payment details and we’ll look into it right away. If the charge is from another company, your card issuer can help you trace it. – The M&K Grills Customer Care Team

Where's my order?!?!
Having the same experience as several other reviews. I ordered the Hanover Manor 7 piece set on May 11, and it hasn't even shipped yet and it's June 3! I've emailed customer service numerous times and still don't have any idea when, or even if, my order will arrive. At several thousand dollars for the set this is unacceptable. I understand shipping delays due to covid-19 but the item said it would arrive May 14! M&K, tell me if my order will ship or refund me! Update: June 15, item still has not even shipped. M&K not providing any answers. Have requested a refund.

Don’t waste your time or money
The website said that my Hanover 9 piece dining set would be delivered within 2 weeks At the time of my order. It has now been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order and I’ve heard nothing. I have emailed and tried using the chat bot on the website to no avail as far as getting an order status update. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. If the website promises that an item is in stock and would be delivered by a certain date it should be. Or at the very least your customer service should follow up and explain that there is a hold up somewhere and offer a solution, not go silent and avoid the customer.

Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trustpilot, we do apologize for all this hassle and truly appreciate your valuable and honest feedback. Please note that shipping dates were true for BBQ grills and accessories and every brand we carry except Hanover, and we do apologize for not keeping up with informing out customers immediately due to thousands of orders being placed on a daily basis, but we had a statement regarding the shipping delays due to the COVID-19 situation as a banner on the website. We care about you as a valued customer, please let us know what can we do to make it up? Warm Regards, M&K Grills Thank you for taking the time to review us,
