This is a very poor service. Screens freeze, sometimes requiring a reboot of the app, or even the TV. Sometimes there are long stretches of black screens with audio. Sometimes the game won't display at all. I have had the app all season to follow the Phillies, and have not had a single game displayed without a glitch. I have numerous streaming services and none have this many problems.

"Today is touted on the MLB site as "Free MLB game day." IT IS NOT! Subscribers to this expensive service get some free games, but not us mere mortals who visit MLB. On top of that time-wasting exercise to find it out, there's quite a castle wall to climb to email MLB, which claims to want to hear muy thoughts. I gave up after 10 minutes. MLB means Major League Bulls&^.

The blackouts are ridiculous and more frequent than the opportunities to watch the games….even when they’re out of market. Couldn’t watch the home run derby. The commercials and breaks are choppy. Watching on a laptop it will randomly go back to the start of the game and you have to reset to “live”. And then there are random national and international blackouts - no explanation. For the amount of money it costs there should be more to see.

This ''AD-ON-Charge" mysteriously appeared on my Cox cable bill in June. Since I am on auto bill/bill pay, I didn't know about it until the transaction posted July 1. Contacted Cox and was told it will be removed on the next bill. When it appeared again Cox tells me to contact MLB because no refunds policy with MLB. I have filed a complaint with the State of CT because the subscription was filed without my wife of my consent (we are the only 2 members of this household) and the only time we would watch the Yankees if it was on YES.

I really don’t want to hear Blake Snell or Anybody else talk throughout the ENTIRE GAME !!!

My elderly father is a baseball fan with a MLB.tv subscription. Suddenly, mid-season, he can’t watch any games: MLB.tv updated its app requiring the latest OS which his device can’t upgrade to. He’s on a very low fixed-income and can’t afford a new device. I’m swimming in student debt and can’t help. Surely an update that makes devices obsolete could have waited till the season was over?!

My biggest beef is the lame stuff that is shown between innings, funky "Flashback" moments, ads that start and then disappear and worst off all someone falls asleep who is controlling the between innings graphics and it comes back and 1/2 an inning is gone. That's a rare occurrence but it does happen.

This is what they advertise: "MLB.TV Out-Of-Market Packages | Buy MLB.TV | MLB.com MLB› live-stream-games › subscribe Stream EVERY out-of-market game LIVE or on demand." But they blackout games to re-sell them to Apple TV. The game I want to watch is out of market and it's blacked out just to make more money.
