These people have the WORST customer service. Received an email saying item shipped on 9/9, us mail shows they didn’t receive item until 9/16, today is 9/25 and item is still lost in mail somewhere. Customer service will tell you the item ships and that us mail doesn’t update. HORRIBLE company. I’m a little worried about the product I receive.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service they will straight up lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. Their shipping is a complete joke it’s 50/50 if you’ll actually get your product and if you do it very well may be broken as they ship through usps and good luck trying to get ur money back scam company.

I got my order placed last Wednesday & got it on time. Quicker than expected. But both the king bubbler and the good bong are awesome!!! Absolutely love them. The packaging was discreet & I give A+++ 10⭐s on how well they pack your new addition to your collection as careful as I would. You guys & gals rock!!! Definitely buying more & soon. 100% high*ly recommend giving MJArsenal a try you won't be disappointed

Company the worst. Customer service is non existent. Never got my order. Total scam. Edit. Stuff finally came and is nice. Don’t think I would order from them again though. Feel like I’m lucky I got my stuff and it wasn’t broken

Updated 4/4/26: The company has since refunded me for both of the manufacturing defective products I received. Still, Buyer Beware. It will be a long road and many emails/videos to get refunded if received a defective or broken item. OG: Purchased two gravity bongs. Both had stems on the bowl that were too small and it didn work. Needed electrical tape to create suction. I asked for a refund. They refused. Wanted to send a new product. Their products proved defective so I wanted my funds back. They have now ghosted me. Poor products and even worse customer service.

I ordered something and the order went through. Then I get a message saying that they had to cancel order because suspected fraud,but they took my money $62! Now they are holding my money hostage saying that they can't put it back on my card. They keep telling me to talk to my bank and they can't do anything.I talked to my bank and they told me that they can put it back on card!! MJArsenal has Amazing products but they are theives and have very poor business ethics. I suggest buying from a store. Me personally I changed products, I refuse to give them anymore of my money regardless of how good their products are...

So many awesome products! I love the Capsule for my board rides and I have never once been disappointed by the mini rigs I've ordered! They're perfect for cold starts!
