MivrassReviews of mivrass.com

I bought an air purifier costing £129.00 plus an additional filter for £29.00 . I read a good review on line saying it was the best! ( I now realise it must have been fake) Also I did not realise I was purchasing from China. It’s not declared on their website. Or certainly not obvious. The item I received was of very poor quality I would not have paid £20 for it. Wish I had been more thorough in my research. Having read all the reviews now it’s not even worth trying to send it back, with the heigh postage costs. BEWARE THIS IS VERY POOR QUALITY AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY CHARGED. It also took two weeks to arrive.

Arnaque : fuyez !

Stay away from Mivrass. I made the mistake of buying an air purifier from Mivrass on Friday 17th July. I had checked the Mivrass website and they seemed to be a legitimate company. After buying the air purifier, I realised the air purifier I bought was the wrong one. I immediately emailed to say I wanted to delete my order immediately with a full refund. I received an email from someone calling themselves "Cindy" at 3.30 am on the Saturday morning. That is when I realised that Mivrass are definitely not based in the UK. I have been completely messed around by Mivrass. My money was taken from my bank account within 3 days under a different company name. I had to fight to get my order cancelled. Someone calling herself Cindy suggested I went ahead with the order and they would give me a 3% refund. She suggested that because she knew if I accepted the air purifier and immediately decided to return it, I would have to pay Mivrass more money to return the air purifier to them. The Mivrass website says it will cost £50 to return an item to them. I refused the offer. I stopped receiving emails from "Cindy" until I threatened Mivrass by saying I am reporting Mivrass to the police. I know Mivrass has no intention of refunding me. "Cindy" had the cheek to tell me today "to be patient". She is always telling me "the refund is being processed". Mivrass has no intention of refunding me. I called the police this afternoon and I reported Mivrass for taking my money and being very vague about my refund. With Mivrass being based in Hong Kong, I am hoping the police can do something to help me. I have also spoken to my bank. My bank will be disputing the payment.

Initiated cancellation, asked for refund, they said fine. Still no money. Initiated bank recall. Wish I had known. Total con

Like all of the other reviewers, I wish I had checked with Trust Pilot before buying. The doorbell without the subscription is not worth having. Can’t believe I paid £120 for this rubbish. Please stay away

Stay away! Ordered a smartwatch-got a book on dogs! Initially their assistance to rectify the problem(refund or get the watch) seemed genuine however it was just an attempt to deflect blame elsewhere. They continually hounded me with apologies even after I told them that I had accepted that I would lose and just put it down to a lesson learned the hard way.

I purchased 2 Mivrass GPS watches. One for my wife and 1 for me. My wife didn't want it as it was too big. I notified them and they said it would cost approximately $35 to mail back or I could keep it and they would refund 3 percent (like really). I waited as I was unsure about the other watch as it wasn't counting steps correctly. I tried both watches a few times and same result. I told the I wanted to return both watches as they didn't count steps correctly. They've emailed stating to video it counting steps...like I'm going to have someone walk beside me and video my arm swing. I told them to send the return address. Still waiting on the address. I would recommend buying a different product, maybe one that is located in the US. They also stated if it doesn't make it through customs, no refund will be issued...hard for this to happen without an address to send it to.
