I too ordered a doorbell camera. It was immediately obvious that the thing itself was totally insecure. The working body clicks into a backplate which you screw to the door or doorframe. There is a button at the top. Pressing this lets you – or any passing thief – remove the whole camera block. Emailing Mivrass about this, they said that the previous model was detached by inserting a pin into a hole at the top, like ejecting a SIM card. That would be more secure, so why change to a more stealable design? Their advice was to mount the thing high up, so any scaly would find reaching it more difficult. Note also that image storage requires a subscription – something not mentioned on their website. Their return and refund terms were laughable.

La montre n a fonctionné que 15 jours. Pas de retour possible pour examiner la panne. C est de notre faute.. .Il propose d en racheter une avec 30% de réduction. C est n importe quoi. Oubliez ce site de vente! Ce n est pas sérieux du tout! OK pour vendre mais derrière il n y a RIEN!

Montre acheté récemment mais je n'étais pas satisfaite alors j'ai demandé de la renvoyer, il font pression pour la garder et propose un remboursement dérisoire 23€( a croire que la montre ne vaut en réalité pas grand chose). Ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs parce que rien n'est remboursé ! Je pensais que la société était en France mais non ça vient de Chine directement ! Je me suis fait avoir sur cet achat, méfiance à ceux qui voudraient acheter une montre chez eux.

They start off offering you 3% refund and you pay return costs (£35) Eventually got them up to 30% but still no 100% so have informed watchdog and rip off Britain YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

Do not but from this company Brought the doorbell camera after going on Google and this site was top 5 ring doorbells This was number one so brought it then check trustpilot and there it was to my horror bad reviews Contacted the company straight away to cancel which took a couple of days after offering 3% off lol After a whole month still waiting for a refund £119 nothing Mivrass keep on saying this is my banks fault I’ve now opened a transaction fraud with my bank to sort out This is a SCAM DO NOT USE I’ll be contacting Google as well to remove this best of ring doorbell site I hope this is helpful to someone

J’ai acheté la montre fin mai. Elle est hors service depuis debut août suite à un bain de mer alors que la publicité insiste sur l’étanchéité de la montre et évoque le sea water. Aucune prise en considération de la part du service client. Il s’agit d’une arnaque pure et simple. À fuir absolument !
