I think the reviews are fakes. Inclusion? Not my experience. The instructors are kind and generous and knowledgeable in their area of expertise but they are spread pretty thin (I believe) Contacting student resources was a joke and the individual I spoke with was condescending, demeaning, belittling and possessed the listening skills of a deaf person. Wait - that’s discriminatory and totally unfair because I think a deaf person has better listening skills and more compassion than this woman possessed. Not only was her follow through incomplete it was insincere. All in all it’s not a fine oiled machine and has all the earmarks of a cult. Besides there are too many inconsistencies in their dates in regards to their course content which means it’s just cut and paste from last semester another cookie cut from last round. I don’t fault the instructors because it really goes much higher or deeper than they are free to discuss. My two stars are for the instructors and their aides. Sorry I can’t give the other three stars those would need to be earned.

My favourite experience in a classroom, but it's not for everyone. MIU has a wonderful academic environment, warm-hearted and thoughtful professors, probably the healthiest food on any campus in the country, and a fascinating group of students. I especially liked the incorporation of active-learning in every class, rather than just listening to lectures and writing papers. The university places a high value on being on a good routine, eating well, communicating respectfully, and creative problem-solving. It's a great mix of progressive and traditional principles that in my opinion provides a far greater education than conventional post-secondary models. If that sounds good to you, MIU is an excellent way to get your degree. If you're looking for total freedom and no repercussions for immature behaviour (which is what the word "university" means to a lot of people) then I think you're better off with a state college. Some people who enroll in MIU have read about the university's promotion of organic vegetarian food and meditation, and then think it's a kind of "anything-goes" approach. The university is flexible within reason, and is considerate of the unique wishes of each student, but it's best suited to thoughtful and well-rounded individuals. If that's you, you'll love it.

I highly recommend GRE for MS international Professional computer science students. I saw some international students use other friends advantage to take the online programming test and pass it. Also, I saw some people use some fake experience for the university requirement. Eventually, they get visa. After that when they come to the university they face proctor test but they use previous student materials to pass the proctor test. The problem start with the job market. As a result, they don’t find any good job. So, I highly recommend GRE for the masters program.

I love being at MIU. I feel enveloped in a cocoon of coherence, harmony, and nourishing support for my personal growth. This comes from friends, faculty, and the meditating environment. Many people here are seeking to develop themselves and create a better, peaceful world, as I am. The knowledge taught is profound, holistic, and personally meaningful, much more so than at Yale (I graduated there with a BA) and UC Santa Cruz, (where I did graduate work). MIU is a place to discover who you are and actualize your potential.

I first went to MIU in the 1970s and loved it. I learned a lot and the faculty actually cared about the students. My high school taught me that learning was drudgery. MIU taught me that learning was interesting and even fun. Fast forward to 2020. Now I'm retired and I decided to return to MIU as a student and see if it was still as good as I remembered. Honestly, I think it's even better! I'm learning from teachers who know what they're talking about, and they care about me as a person. If you are looking for a university where you can learn what you need to be successful in life, from teachers that care about you, then make MIU your first choice. You'll be very happy you did.

MIU is a wonderful place to get a first class education, but also grow as an individual. Without the TM Program it would be like any other University where knowledge is given from the outside, but no attempt to develop from the inside. This University gives you 200% of life. Take in your field of study, and at the same time expand your awareness so you are more connected to everything.
