Ordered $1400 worth of cooling equipment for my jeep. Came with rad, fans, hoses, etc. switched everything over to mishi, wouldn’t stop overheating. Only help I got was them trying to sell me more products I didn’t need and them saying go back to stock. For the love of god, go on Amazon and just get something there. Never get mishi, ever, at all. I’ve only spoken to one single person who knows anything about vehicles so customer service has been absolutely terrible as well.(have you tried turning the fans on) that’s a real question they had, and the only one they had for a couple week as they don’t respond well either. So let’s sum this review up shall we. Terrible products, terrible customer service, terrible prices, resulting in melted wires, damaged fuel injectors, and pistons now welded to cylinder. But there products do look good far away, even better in the dumpster.

Very disappointing experience with Mishimoto. I purchased the MMTC-GMT-99 transmission cooler for my 2010 Chevy Tahoe, but the product came with a defective driver-side quick-connect fitting that would not accept my factory transmission line. I tested both of my factory lines with the other Mishimoto fitting, and they fit properly, confirming the issue was with the supplied fitting. I contacted Mishimoto customer service and experienced extremely slow communication, with multiple days between responses. Even after explaining the issue and providing photos, I felt like I was not getting the support I should have received for a defective product under warranty. My Tahoe was unable to move for about two weeks because I had already removed the factory transmission cooler, leaving me without a usable vehicle. This was especially frustrating because I had planned a Labor Day road trip with my kids for more than a month, and we were unable to take the trip because the issue wasn't resolved in time. At this point, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company, and I would not purchase another Mishimoto product in the future. A defective product can happen, but I expected much better customer service and warranty support when it did.

What a great customer service! I was working with a lady named Crystal. She was such a knowledgeable sales person on all of the products that were offered for my project. She went out of her way with her communication skills to make sure I knew about the upgrades on the products she was selling. ( extra capacity ). This company needs more people like Crystal. Very satisfied customer on this end. I received a damaged freight item. Just gave her a call, sent her pictures before opening the box, and the damaged product. Crystal immediately had new part on the way the same day!!! Wow what customer service. I never been so comfortable ordering parts in my life. I have been turning wrenches at the shop for 43 years and I've never been treated so nicely and respectfully either! Crystal made myself feel so good about the company rating and explained the warranty on the products. I ordered two more times from her. All I can say is Crystal is a valued added employee and is an asset to her company! Crystal is the best sales representative I have met over the phone sales in my life. She is manager material too! Sadly I ordered intake from them. At first they asked over email for credit card photo from both sides and ID?!? Crazy!! I ended up ordering and regreted it. When trying to return they have only 14 day return period and I couldnt return the product! Dont waste your money here. Your money will be better somewhere selse.

Typically, most review when a bad experience. It’s amazing so much delivered by mail and 99.9% of time it’s a great experience. I ordered radiator hoses and ancillary hoses for My c6 corvette. Mishimoto makes the best long life 5 ply silicone hoses, 350 degree rated vs oem 1-2 ply rubber hoses 250 degree rated. Corvette oem hoses have small plastic connectors as part of the hose which Mishimoto builds without, one continuous piece. Best part is no part. The hoses arrived within 24 hours with express delivery. The hoses were what I expected from Mishimoto, first class hoses and clamps. No ancillary hoses in the box even though the box stated 2 products. I notified Mishimoto of the missing part. Within 2 business days, ancillary hoses in the mail and arrived the next day. This was service after the sale. I will keep Mishimoto on my list for parts. Some state silicone too expensive. Yes, not cheap by themselves but in comparison what the car is worth, small price to pay not to be stranded on the side of the road and damaged engine. Thx Mishimoto!

Extremely disappointed with Mishimoto. I lost a few small adapter rings for my Mishimoto radiator and simply wanted to purchase replacements. Instead, I was quoted $200 just for the rings, nearly half the cost of an entire radiator. For a company that sells the radiator, not offering reasonably priced replacement parts is extremely disappointing. I expected much better customer support from Mishimoto. This experience has completely changed my opinion of the brand, and I would not recommend them based on how this situation was handled.

Do not buy from mishimoto as they cannot fulfill there lifetime warranty when needed.

Scott was able to help me get the RIGHT transmission oil cooler, was a pleasure to talk to and was extremely helpful! There should be more customer support people like him!!! If you (the company) don't give him a raise soon, I expect he would be just fine and you (the company) should be labeled tards! Thanks Scott!!!
