What a great customer service! I was working with a lady named Crystal. She was such a knowledgeable sales person on all of the products that were offered for my project. She went out of her way with her communication skills to make sure I knew about the upgrades on the products she was selling. ( extra capacity ). This company needs more people like Crystal. Very satisfied customer on this end. I received a damaged freight item. Just gave her a call, sent her pictures before opening the box, and the damaged product. Crystal immediately had new part on the way the same day!!! Wow what customer service. I never been so comfortable ordering parts in my life. I have been turning wrenches at the shop for 43 years and I've never been treated so nicely and respectfully either! Crystal made myself feel so good about the company rating and explained the warranty on the products. I ordered two more times from her. All I can say is Crystal is a valued added employee and is an asset to her company! Crystal is the best sales representative I have met over the phone sales in my life. She is manager material too! Typically, most review when a bad experience. It’s amazing so much delivered by mail and 99.9% of time it’s a great experience. I ordered radiator hoses and ancillary hoses for My c6 corvette. Mishimoto makes the best long life 5 ply silicone hoses, 350 degree rated vs oem 1-2 ply rubber hoses 250 degree rated. Corvette oem hoses have small plastic connectors as part of the hose which Mishimoto builds without, one continuous piece. Best part is no part. The hoses arrived within 24 hours with express delivery. The hoses were what I expected from Mishimoto, first class hoses and clamps. No ancillary hoses in the box even though the box stated 2 products. I notified Mishimoto of the missing part. Within 2 business days, ancillary hoses in the mail and arrived the next day. This was service after the sale. I will keep Mishimoto on my list for parts. Some state silicone too expensive. Yes, not cheap by themselves but in comparison what the car is worth, small price to pay not to be stranded on the side of the road and damaged engine. Thx Mishimoto!

Scott was able to help me get the RIGHT transmission oil cooler, was a pleasure to talk to and was extremely helpful! There should be more customer support people like him!!! If you (the company) don't give him a raise soon, I expect he would be just fine and you (the company) should be labeled tards! Thanks Scott!!!

I got the radiator, intercooler, hoses and reservoir for my 25 FL5. Worked on getting everything installed, ran into an issue with the intercooler. I contacted customer service and they were knowledgeable, courteous, and everyone just seemed genuinely concerned with the issue I was having. When installing the intercooler on the 25, not sure the other years, there are separators that you need to account for that applied pressure to the top of the stock intercooler. In all fitment is perfect, welds seems solid, and I couldn't be happier with the company interactions I've had.

Just installed a Mishi baffled oil catch can and short ram intake and let me tell you they fit soooo perfect and the intake sounds great. Customer service is top notch; i ordered the wrong part and they made sure i was refunded and happy. If they had more Civic parts, i would be spending all my money with them for sure. Good job

I've ordered an Charge Pipe Kit for my BMW but it came incomplete (just a simple C-CLIP was missing). After making a warranty claim the support team (Crystal Stanton...) handled everything exemplary and sorted everything out.

I’ve had nothing but good service from Mishimoto. I did have a fan controller go bad, and a radiator crack because of it. They replaced both no hassle. The radiator was 560 bucks and they sent out a replacement no worries. I will 100% buy from them again. I have an LS swap project coming up, it’s getting a full Mishimoto setup.
