I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if it…
I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if it didn’t make me. Ordered a glass prism sun catcher, it came plastic or as they call it “acrylic” I emailed and called several times. They NEVER answer the phone but will email back eventually. Their advertising is very misleading and looks nothing like the product. I will never order from them again and I would never recommend anyone else to. I was buying for a Christmas gift (which is a hard time for everyone) and It was just a waste of money. I don’t understand how they can feel okay sending people the products they do.

Read all of the reviews. Lost parcel. Delayed shipping. WARNING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a package over 2 months ago and just like all of their other customers……. Nothing. Notta. I have sent multiple emails and they have stopped responding. This is NOT A US BASED COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM. I am reporting them to Amex so hopefully this madness stops for other customers that will be let down. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!! No light 2+ months later. No refund. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS POS COMPANY BASED OUT OF WHO KNOWS WHERE. 0 stars

Don’t order from Miravique…
I wish I had read all these negative reviews before purchase. I ordered a clock on 11/5 and it still hasn’t been received. It reportedly arrived in Michigan 12/4 from China and tracking shows it “In transit” ever since. I asked for a refund but it has not yet bred received. If no immediate refund I’ll report to FCC and FBI Internet Crime.

Shows address of Wyoming USA- SHIPS FROM ASIA! 30 Days and not received. No replies
Caution- Shows address of Wyoming. It’s ASIA! Lure with discounts. Over a week to ship, then 30 days later I’m still waiting. Tracking doesn’t work unless it’s requested. Shows sitting in Los Angeles since December 6th. Today is Dec 24th. Email replies are silent. I’ve disputed the charges through credit card due to no replies. Interestingly, they are replying to Trust Pilot and working to have this review taken down. They comment on Christmas and their free shipping- “order today”. There is no way to receive by Christmas, even when I ordered November 24th. They apologize with canned email replies. My father received the exact same email when inquiring about the delays. Update- Refund processed. Does not replace nor fix any of the above. The site nowhere shares a shipping timeframe. It highlights it’s Wyoming USA address and leaves shoppers expecting a US timeframe.

Purchased package never received.
I ordered a clock on 11/16/24. I was sent a tracking number which after a few days, said that the package was NOT FOUND. I contacted Miravique.and they sent a strange tracking link that was not very specific. But it stated that it was coming from China. I called Miravique three times, but never got anybody to answer the call or reply to my voicemail. After weeks of tracking this strange tracking number I emailed Miravique once again and was told, by a person called Lovely, that the final stretch would have a USPS tracking number and would be sent to me. Still waiting for it. I hopelessly asked where my package was and received a message that my email had been blocked by Miravique. So, until now, 12/20/24 I don't have my package. I do not recommend Miravique for any purchase anyone might want to do. They should have called me back or been straight forward with me. Explain the reason for the failure. And return the money I paid. At least its the minimum they could have done. Thank you

Ordered something on November 13th and cannot receive an update on the status. They quickly processed payment yet I can't reach anyone on the phone or get an email response.
