Ordered July 28th 2025 no update and still no package, no tracking updates, response time is 3 days later and still nothing substantial to tell me I have a package on the way , but this company has my money.

Hello Anthony,
We’ve requested your order details through Trustpilot so we can look into this for you, but we haven’t received a response. Unfortunately, we can’t identify your order with just the name “Anthony.”
We also noticed that this review was posted only 5 days after you placed your order, which is within our normal processing and shipping timeframe. We’re unsure why you would label us a “ghost company,” but we can assure you we are a legitimate business and your order is most likely on the way.
If you can provide your order number or the email used for purchase, we’ll be happy to check the status for you.

Terrible
Terrible ! Items were sent from China when I bought them from an American company. They make you return the item to China and pay for the shipping to try to get a refund on the items. Not worth it to buy from this company at all
Response from MiraviqueJul 26, 2025
Hi Flory,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order. Our goal is always to ensure our customers feel fully supported.
After reviewing our email exchange, we understand that your concern was that “the frames are too small for what I need.” While we strive to present all item dimensions clearly on the product page to help customers make informed choices, we also understand that a product may not always meet expectations once it arrives.
To clarify, we do cover all shipping fees if there's anything wrong with the item — such as damage, defects, or incorrect sizing compared to what’s listed. In your case, the item arrived as described, so we followed our standard change-of-mind policy and kindly asked if you'd be willing to cover return shipping.
That said, despite our policy, we acknowledged your dissatisfaction and already offered you a generous discount/refund as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, we never received a response from you — instead, we received this review.
It’s disheartening to see public feedback that doesn’t reflect the full context of our communication, especially as we’ve genuinely been trying to help.
Please do check your inbox — we’re still here and willing to make things right for you.
Warm regards
MH

HORRIBLE
This place is HORRIBLE, a TOTAL RIP OFF, and a JOKE! WHY won't the BBB get INVOLVED!! BEWARE!! Do NOT waste your monies, They'll try to JUSTIFY or DOWNPLAY your issue(s)
Response from MiraviqueJul 17, 2025
Dear Miss Henry,
We're truly sorry to read your review, especially as we’ve already processed a full refund for your order. We also provided photo proof confirming delivery directly to your doormat.
Despite our repeated efforts to understand your concerns, we’ve received no clear explanation of what you feel was "horrible" about us.
We even asked how you’d like us to resolve the matter, but you requested that we stop contacting you—leaving us unable to support you further.
Given that the issue has been refunded in full, we’re unsure why multiple negative reviews are being posted. We remain available should you wish to reopen communication and work together constructively.
Best regards
Team Miravique

I was an idiot for ignoring the bad reviews. Don't be like me!
I'll try to keep it short since my ordeal with Miravique has already taken enough of my time and energy, but I could not in good conscience fail to warn other potential customer about this awful company.
All the other 1-star reviews mirror my own experience. Miravique goes well out of its way to present a Wyoming-based, small altruistic company focused on craftsmanship and curation. They also boast a customer-friendly return policy and a satisfaction guarantee.
On April 25th, I purchased a rug that was supposed to be the centerpiece of our living room as first-time home-buyers who just moved in a few months ago. It was a couple weeks before it even seemed like the order actually linked over to a shipping process, and I was immediately confused by an unfamiliar tracking interface. As other unhappy customers have pointed out, that is because their US-based image is purely a facade and their products are actually offshored and produced through a Chinese drop-shipping operation -- something the company technically lists on its website it a roundabout way, but is strategically concealed if you're not actively looking for it (and why would you?).
Roughly five weeks after the order was placed, I received an update that the rug had been delivered. It had not, but sometimes deliveries get marked prematurely, so I waited another couple days before emailing Miravique customer service. Despite the hassle, I will say that the initial customer service at least seemed responsive and concerned with making sure everything worked out. Then the item finally arrived three or four business days after the premature delivery notice, and that's where the trouble started.
You would expect a large rug to arrive rolled up, but the package that arrived at my doorstep was an uneven balled up lump wrapped in plastic and tape. when I opened the plastic, what I saw a crumpled, folded up mess. It got worse as I unrolled it -- the item was clearly very badly damaged and even worse, nothing like what was pictured on the website -- not even close.
If it had just been damaged, I would have potentially considered an exchange, but the false advertising and thoroughly poor quality of the item was already a dealbreaker, so I moved to just ask for a refund from the customer service rep I had already been emailing. It was at this point that the rep pointed to their return policy -- one that actually follows a separate link from the more accessible (but apparently incomplete) front-facing return policy and instructions.
Long story short, Miravique uses being a self-described small "non-conglomerate" company as a shield against having to pay for returns and this is just part of their dodgy response:
"The appearance you're referring to is a result of the folding during packaging, which can cause the fibers to look uneven or patchy. This is a normal occurrence with this type of carpet and not considered a defect or damage.
That said, we absolutely respect your decision to return the item. As per our return policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is received back in good condition, we will issue a full refund."
Now, I had paid $300 for a brand-new rug, and there is no way anyone would consider what I received to be anything but damaged. This website doesn't allow links within their reviews but I would be happy to email anyone a collection of photos I took of the how the rug looked before it was opened and immediately after with closeups of the intense damage, and complete with side-by-side comparisons of the item vs screenshots from the website (which they promptly scrubbed from the site the following day).
Their claim of the item not being damaged (which is almost irrelevant considering the item was egregiously falsely advertised) put the onus entirely on me to ship the item back for inspection just to get a refund. But at that point I was tired and just wanting to get this over with, so I was going to bite the bullet.
Yesterday, I packed everything up and walked to the post office to ship the item to their sneaky drop shipping location in China. When I told the post office worker where I was intending to ship the item, she looked at me wide-eyed and said "you know this is going to cost a lot, right?". They were not exaggerating -- it was going to cost me $127! So nearly half the cost of the item itself and on account of Miravique's own carelessness in maintaining a standard of quality control and basic processes. Thankfully, the post office worker made the recommendation for me to dispute the charge after she listened to my explanation of the situation. I went ahead and did that, and my credit union was familiar with Miravique's tactics. I'd never done a chargeback/dispute in my life prior.
The lesson: avoid this scammy company at all costs!

Hi there,
We're truly sorry for all the frustration and disappointment you've experienced. We completely understand how upsetting it must’ve been—especially with this being such a meaningful purchase for your new home.
While we did refund your order in full on June 13, 2025, we recognize that the process still caused you unnecessary hassle, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
We also want to let you know that we took the product offline shortly after your report. Anytime a customer is this unhappy, we pause listings to review them and make sure no one else goes through the same experience. Your feedback genuinely matters to us.
Thanks again for sharing your experience — we’re taking it seriously and doing our best to improve.
Warm regards,
The Miravique Team

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They boast a great return policy, 14 days and they outline it in detail on every item so you would never go looking for clarification elsewhere. Well they do have a separate returns policy page and it’s identical to the one on the listings except that it says returns have to be shipped back to China, this was provided me in a link when I emailed them to make the return and the link didn’t even work, I had to go searching for it on they page. They offered me a discount to keep the masks, but the quality is so bad. I’m not interested in paying $65 or whatever to ship them back to China and the address they provided doesn’t have a postal code.

Do not order from this website
Do not order from this website! I ordered a $150 clock from this website almost 4 weeks ago which still has not shown up. I received emails to track and followed the tracking for days. Finally 4 days ago it said it was delivered to Minnesota. I live in New York. I have spent the last 4 days calling and emailing multiple times with no response. I finally disputed the charge this morning.
Response from MiraviqueMay 20, 2025
Hi Carrie,
I'm really sorry to read this. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after waiting weeks and getting the wrong tracking info.
There was a system error on our end, and the tracking number you received was not for your order. That was our mistake, and we take full responsibility.
We've already reached out to you via email to offer a refund and are just waiting to hear back. Please check your inbox (and maybe your spam folder) and reply when you can. We'd really like the chance to make things right.
Thank you for your patience, and again, I'm truly sorry for all the hassle this has caused.
Best, Miravique Team

don't buy anything from them. Takes 3 weeks and returns have to go to china
I bought a simple night lamp from them.
Even though they advertised the shipping time to be 2-15 days, trust me, it will take the longest of that window. Mine took 17 business days to arrive. Their products are drop-shipped from China so it will take a while.
Mine arrived damaged, and when I asked to return it, they said I have to return it to China (and have the guts to ask me to absorb the shipping costs). I challenged them about it, then they said it's in their returns policy. They literally JUST updated the policy after I questioned about it, this was never there before as I always check returns policy very carefully from unknown merchants.
The lamp also looks very different from the pictures. When challenged, they will condescend you and say their pictures are taken in a professional setting. Well yeah, your pictures look way better than what the product actually looks like. The picture showed a metallic looking finish, the actual finish came in a plastic-y crayon finish.
Based on the fact that it's damaged AND the product looks different, it's absurd that they want the buyer to pay for shipping to China.
They are leaving me no choice but to go for a chargeback dispute through my credit card company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—We're very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your order.
We’ve responded to you directly via email and want to clarify that a full refund has already been processed for your purchase.

Scammers
Scammers. Do not trust this company. They collect for none shipped good.
Response from MiraviqueApr 18, 2025
Hi Paul,
We’re genuinely sorry to read your review and would like to clarify what actually happened.
Your order was delivered successfully on April 9th. We reached out to you multiple times — on April 9th, 11th, and 14th — without any response. We reached out again on April 16th, and you finally replied on April 16th, stating that you had canceled the delivery a while back. However, we never received any cancellation request or prior communication from you before the package was delivered.
It’s important to mention that your chargeback was filed with the reason “defective” while the item was still in transit, before it even reached you. This is especially confusing and disappointing to us.
We also want to clarify that we’re unable to cancel orders once they are already in transit, which was the case here. The shipment was sent out promptly and followed the expected timeline.
We’re committed to helping customers with any genuine issues, and it’s truly disheartening to be labeled as “scammers” after doing everything possible to deliver your order and follow up. If there’s still something you’d like to discuss, we’re more than willing to help resolve it.
