Great service and products/

The delivery was fast. The source I have previously used took 2 weeks for delivery and charged $12 shipping. The prescription was written the day after I submitted it and my order came 2 or 3 days after that. The cost is a little more than I paid the other company, but by the time you factor in shipping time and cost, the difference is minimal. I was also pleased with the customer service. They responded promptly to questions I had. I have not used the prescription yet, but I expect it to be satisfactory. I even liked the packaging of the product.

I receive my order and it was fine except the lid is hard to open. My complaint would be that I received 100 junk emails emails after ordering.

Quick delivery of what was ordered.

Poor. I ordered a month ago. I still have not received my order. I have called and did not receive a call back. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. To date, no prescription and no refund. Customer service is terrible. If your customer is threatening legal action it’s a sign you’re not doing well.
