The first order was a bit challenging to figure out. I couldn’t access my medial information sheet online so I called and the rep had to send me a link to it. Also my order required a signature for delivery so it was delayed because I didn’t know that and wasn’t here to sign for it. Once finally received, I am happy with the products purchased.
