Very fast arrival, couldn't ask for better.

I would have rated this as excellent except once again my prescription that is on file was not reflected. I had to look and see why it was not. This happened the last time and I was told it would not happen on the renewal. However, it did. To make matters worse, after I thought I got it straightened out, I received an email a couple of days later again saying they needed my prescription. This was after I should have received the delivery. It was only after this second go round that the delivery was sent.

Obviously don’t read replies. Not going into detail but, this rating will probably be looked at as little as my previous messages

Great experience, better prices

I placed an order on 1/28/20 and it has been a nightmare! I still don't have my order. I have called, sent text messages (which at times their telephone message tells you that is the only option), tried to live chat (to which I waited 30 minutes and they never responded). I have personally given them my doctor's telephone number and fax number as well as returned their calls to confirm my birth date. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. Save yourself the headache and use your local pharmacy!
