This product did not work at all. I even took two pills. $70 right down the drain. I want a refund!

I bought a Groupon for Mintrx on 5/22. I went online 5/23 to use my voucher and get an account. I was told in a few days I would get a tracking number since my order was approved. I have contacted mintrx 8 times asking where my order is and all I keep getting are excuses. From it will show up on your dasboard with tracking number too. It has shipped and should arrive in 3 to 5 business days which would of been 6/10. ILast email said they are trying to figure out where my order is and contacting thier pharmacy. That was 6 days ago. I still have no tracking number and I am very disappointed. I finally contacted the website customer service and they got right on my case and overnighted my birth control. I am happy. If you ever have an issue go through website not the first email you get from them .Update 7/28 Emailed to transfer my prescription on 7/13 before running out of birth control. Did not get an answer till 7/25 Ran out of birth control. They said I had to contact my pharmacy and have them to contact Mintrx and ask them to transfer to them. My pharmacy said since they were an online that Mintrx should contact them . At this point Im done with Mintrx .It has been a nightmare from the groupon I bought in May 2019 and now. Bad communication. No one seems to know anything. You will run out of your meds if you are trying to tranfer away from Mintrx. I dont understand all the positive reviews they must be robo reviews cause I swear they do not know how to run a Company. Do not do Business with them . You will only be disappointed! Doubt they will respond to this. Because they know all of this is a fact!

Quick and no doctors office visit!

Our experienced with you guys is so bad. I told my wife to cancel this order because for me its too much. She then emailed you guys after submitting her order that she's cancelling it BUT you people just ignored and continue to process the order. So this is a NO CANCELLATION POLICY even if it was ordered a few seconds ago Thank you Angry Husband

I just googled what I was looking for and found it on your website. Ordered my products and it was all very easy to do. I even emailed a question and received a response the next day. I will defiantly continue to order my Obagi products from you.

The process was seamless and the meds were delivered quicker than I anticipated. I haven’t started using the pills as of yet.
