The experience was a good one. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it took awhile to speak with the prescribing physician. We played phone tag but it the end it was a very private and personal experience. Will definitely use again.

So far so good! I have melasma in my face and I’ve been wanting to try the obagi system for a while. Since you need a prescription for this I think going online and getting the prescription just by sending a picture of your face makes the process easier. Thank you for make available medical level products in an easy way.

Very fast service, however I was told it would ship USPS, but it shipped UPS and I had to go pick it up bc UPS doesn’t ship to Post office boxes.
