Hard to comunicate to them, i fill teo times the prescription, ask for for voucher give to them untill now have not receive the item, they take money since month ago and not receive the item

Hi Olivia, we have checked your order status and you had cancelled your order so therefore your credit card was never charged. It is our policy that we do not charge for orders until all treatments and product is approved and your item is ready to be shipped. I ordered from Groupon several weeks ago and still haven’t got my order. I am using my phone to complete the applications so that may have something to do with it. I have completed the assessment 3 times but it will just shut down when the end of the assessment. Very frustrating.

The prescription does what they're supposed to do, my only issue is with customer service. When sending an email asking a question, they do everything except answer the question. Tracking the status doesn't work on the website and asking for an update on your order i find very lacking.
