The quality of support has been horrific! I really don’t want or need this kind of aggravation in my life. It’s been several days and weeks and Representative still cannot make a simple order happen. I can get these products for free through my primary care physician with no hassles. I purchased these items though Groupon because the price was reasonable but I had no idea it would take so long to get and all the scrutiny your people have put me through. It’s really not worth it for me. And I still haven’t received the product.

So far... zero O.!.. have not replied to my e.mails sent on 9/4/19 and 9/6/19 in reference to my pending order that has not shipped yet (as of 9/10/19) , even though money was collected immediately. Will continue trying to get the product or my money back.

So i finally didn’t use your product, so i asked for a complete refund, i was told the refund was honored, but haven’t seen anything yet, that is why mu rating is not excellent.

Still haven’t received product. Have not received return phone call from 2 messages I left.

Update: Mint Rx did as they promised and switched delivery and I received the order soon afterwards. I will use them again. I wish I could give a different rating for the two different parts of the process. Approval Process: I bought purchased a prescription through Groupon and that went great, getting approval from the on-line consultation within just 4 days. Delivery: I just checked the order status and it still hasn’t shipped (9 days after the approval). I am sure it will come eventually but it is disappointing as I had higher expectations after the first part of this process.
