Hello Michael, we are sorry that you are upset with us. It is a state law that we identify our patients prior to treating them with prescription medication. This is why we need your driver's license. We are HIPAA compliant and your information is securely retained in your medical record. It's the same as if you went to a regular doctor's office. We are just virtual! It saddens us that you are giving us a bad review simply because we are following legal requirements.
