Hi Lisa, I'm sorry that you did not receive the email that we sent on Sept 18th. We want to complete your order, but we need you to complete the medical information so that we can treat you and prescribe your medication. Please understand that we are a licensed pharmacy and cannot dispense prescription medication without a valid prescription.
