I ordered 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten my product. I filled the form which is required and sent my photo and copy of ID and I still have not got a response up until now. I might start calling Groupon again to see if I can get my money back now. This is the worst customer service I have run to in awhile. I have used Groupon a numerous times and this is one of the rare times the merchant is not honoring the deal.
