I like that they offered a low cost prescription option for a basic skincare product (tretinoin). Easier and cheaper then going to see a dermatologist. Website did not work properly and showed me someone else’s form filled out for MD prescription consult. HIPAA violation. They tell me that tech support is looking into the problem. I had to find my own form by going into my account settings. You need to make sure you’ve completed your medical form or nothing will happen to your order. The time frame from my purchase and prescription request to receiving the product seemed rather long in this modern era of quick turnaround from internet sellers. I waited several days to hear from a medical professional to get the script, and then several more for the product to be sent to me. I appreciate that two day air mail was used. Customer service was pretty quick and responsive to my inquiries.

Very helpful. Original shipment was lost by post office and Mint RX came through with a solution promptly. Courteous and prompt.

Went through the process of ordering the information was accepted and I waited. About a month later I checked the status and it was being processed. I emailed the company to inquire why the wait, only to find out another photo was needed, I was not informed. The photo was supplied the next day and the order is being processed. The poor review is due the company was reactive instead of proactive, for a first time customer it is an unfavorable first impression.

Still have not received my shipment. Was told I needed to text them a copy of my driver's license. I texted them my driver's license 3 times and still have not received my shipment.

I was charged for my order. 5 days later after they had all billing info Drivers Licenses ETC. I could not get a response. My order still shows RX in process. A week later i am out over $100 my personnel information and nothing to show for it

The main question a person wants to know? Do these pills work? Yes they have for me! The 2 orders I have made with them so far have both worked! I waited 3 months to give this review because I also did not trust the words from a questionable pharmacy. This pharmacy is a Legitimate!
