Poor communication, didn't let me know that they couldn't fill a prescription, already had been paid, I had to call to get a refund. Getting a refund should have been automatic when they couldn't fill a prescription and had been paid.

It was very simple, quick,easy.

The address on my package was not correct and it was sent to someone else first. And after trying this twice I have seen no difference.
