Every time I sign in to re-order I am asked for a prescription. I qualified for a prescription on your website and it shows that I am capable of having renewals in 2020. Despite the message you send me the product I think you have a bug in your system.

Your team is apparently not able to call my doctor to get the prescription. It has been weeks since I placed the order but it’s still not filled. Very disappointing!
