Awful service.I paid for a product 3 weeks ago or more and I still haven't heard a word of when I will receive it?! All ot says that it is STILL processing? Pathetic. I will never go through this co again!

I was relieved to find my original Obagi 0.1% online anywhere I had been looking for it and had only found the "newer" line. Once I made contact with MintRx they were very helpful and patient explaining the steps I needed to take to get the prescription from my doctor to them. I believe I needed to talk to MintRx a couple of times...they were great. The price was very good although I think it was a first time ordering deal. I hope it doesn't go up much. I will contact them when I run out of my cream and find out.

Hi Mary, we are a compliant pharmacy and telemedicine company. In order to treat you online we MUST follow the law. One of the rules for online treatment is that you must submit a face photo and photo ID. We respect your decision not to provide us the required photos and subsequently not get treated online.
