I am disappointed with MintRx for the following reasons. On previous occasions when I placed a order with MintRx, I ordered Sildenafil 50 MG tables. My reason order of Sildenafil 20 MG should have indicated a OBVIOUS mistake, on my part. I would have expected MintRx to contact me regarding my previous orders to ensure whether I had ordered correctly. To receive the experience with Sildenafil 20 MG tablets I will need to take two-three of 20 tablets shipped to me. After I complained about the order MintRx offered me a 20% discount, when they should have offered to replace the order. I will now place future orders via Canada, or via other companies. Thanks for nothing MintRx.

We always have good experience getting our obagi products via mintRX. This is probably our 3rd order and though at times it can get confusing from getting the online prescription to when your items actually ships out online you can always get a live person to straighten things out and they always have been helpful. The value and free ship you just can’t beat. It’s not a perfect grade only because they can always improve somewhere.

Issues refilling and no alternative was given. Reduced quantity/lower dosage???? Good product, bad customer service.
