Tried to get me to do the physician…
Tried to get me to do the physician consult three times because it kept losing the fact I'd already done one. Figured if they couldn't get that right, how safe would I be with whatever they might send...

Far too long to get prescription…
Far too long to get prescription renewal thru my physician.

Hi Gerald, yes, I see that we are having trouble getting your prescription from your physician. Perhaps if you called them they might fax your prescription to us? We ask that you kindly do not give us a bad review simply because your doctor is not forthcoming with your prescription.
