I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Rentals Minoas. We booked car hire for 20th August, scheduled for a 10:00 PM pick-up. Our flight was delayed, landing at 10:03 PM, and we were outside by 10:10 PM as instructed. However, no one was present to meet us at the airport. We waited at the bus stop as told, only to receive a rude and abrupt phone call from an employee at 10:27 PM questioning why we hadn’t called. She was not on-site to assist, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills, which made the start of our holiday stressful and frustrating. We were never informed that arriving after 10:00 PM would incur a €50 fine, and there was no flexibility for delayed flights. The lack of communication, poor service, and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Rentals Minoas and hope the company reviews its procedures and staff training.
