Aggressive price increases at cost of customer. We have been using Minitab since years. And this year, Minitab decided to move from perpetual+floating licenses to annual+named licenses. The impact of this change is huge for us, and we have been pushed into the corner to accept this. Prices have quadrupled, and sales show no understanding or care to keep us satisfied, but to increase their revenue. I had to get the licenses this year, but I won't play the same game next year.
