Amazing is the only thing one can say. I have purchased many products from this company and first of all they have amazing customer service if you ever run into any issue with a sweater or a pair of pants, they help you resolve the issue. But you’re pretty unlikely to run into any issues as they’re closed when last and last no matter how often you wash them. The really cool thing here is that when they say wrinkle free and that you will never have to go back to a dry cleaner they really mean it The other thing that is just so unique is that the clothes really work in various environments. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, Ministry of supply has clothing that will work. I have found that I can travel with much less packed because I can wear the same pants for dinner out with my family that I wore in the morning to go to Wimbledon. If you try, one of their products, you will never go back

Ministry of Supply is almost the only place I shop for clothes these days. Not only are their clothes phenomenal, especially due to the innovative technologies they use (and they are *constantly* innovating, & it's a pleasure to read the detailed, often scientific, e-mails the co-founders Aman & Gihan - who met while at MIT - write to customers), but their customer service is 2nd to none. Especially a huge shout-out to Elvie, Rose, & Alexis (& everyone there) for always being there to help with any issues that arose (wrong fit, returns, exchanges). They would even go out of their way to understand extenuating circumstances. And their responses are always so affable, friendly, just a pleasure to interact with. I can't recommend this company enough. I look forward to new innovations and products, though my wallet certainly doesn't ;) Thank you so, so much MoS and your entire team!

I don’t often write reviews, but Ministry of Supply deserves it. Their clothing is top-notch, comfortable, breathable, wrinkle-resistant, and perfect for long days when I need to look sharp without sacrificing comfort. What really stands out, though, is their incredible customer service. They’ve helped me with sizing questions and even replaced an item that didn’t hold up as expected, no hassle. Every interaction has been prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely customer-focused. Ministry of Supply is one of the few brands I trust fully. Great products, great people.

iv been buying shirts from them for 10 years. do yourself a favor and pickup an Apollo shirt in Navy today. they always look new, they dont need to be dry cleaned, theyre not that expensive all things considered and they make my chest and shoulders look big. i own polos, long sleeves, short sleeves, pants, sweatpants (that look like dress pants i think theyre joggers) and a few like sport coat type things that i travel in when i have long flights to far off places theyre dope

This isn’t fashion—it’s capsule starter clothing. Ministry of Supply builds clothes the way SpaceX builds rockets: performance first, polish second, ego last. With no explosions. You get the fit of a VC boardroom with the utility of a founder running late to a Series B pitch in an overpriced Uber. Everything they make looks clean, feels bulletproof, and travels well. Stretchy, breathable, wrinkle resistance. This stuff is not a feature, they’re table stakes. Ministry gets that. Lululemon ABC Pants are lame. Ministry solved decent movement without looking like you’re on your way to a Barry's class. The aesthetic is subtle—like a smart guy who doesn’t talk much in meetings because he's the one who actually wrote the code and built the deck. It's not tech bro wear, but maybe a little? Buy Ministry of Supply- great stuff. Or keep pretending your ABC pants are pulling their weight.

Great brand, great customer service. Been a customer for nearly a decade. Company has always delivered on their promises and made returns easy when I wasn’t satisfied.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this brand was so frustrating I felt compelled to warn others. You can write them emails, call them and leave voice messages but they will not respond. You will have to be extremely lucky to be able to speak with someone in their customer service department. DO NOT buy because in case you need help, it will never arrive!

I cannot comment on the garment quality as I never received it but for sure their customer services is really bad. They just do not respond to emails even in weeks! Stay away from this brand
