The hub does exactly what it needs to do in giving USB type A ports, an HDMI connection, SD card readers and a rear audio out jack as well as allowing access to the on/off button. I was very happy with the price as well as how cheap the shipping cost was and how quickly it arrived. All in all very happy with the product and service.

I selected to buy the US adaptor and the order stated EU. When I reached out to ask for a change they told me they could not and that I could buy an adaptor. When asking for refunds I was told I had to receive the product and then pay myself for the return. Then I would get my refund. Terrible consumer experience.

Little bit more regular communication on progress will be appreciated. Other than that, product arrived within two weeks and works well.
