Watch out and DON'T buy a product from this company. If everything works it's fine, but as soon as you need a repair/replacement because of a manufacturing error be ready to be ignored. Support won't help you and refuses to replace the product which they are obliged to by law. You have a bigger chance Trump's lowering taxes than getting the help you need from this company.

It works well and does what it was designed to do

This product was terrific. I installed an SSD drive into the hub, plugged it in, and everything worked perfectly. Shipping took a while, but they were very transparent, and the product was worth the wait.

I installed a Samsung SSD 990 Evo Plus in the Minisopuru doc and my Mac mini could not see it. I called Minisopuru's customer service line and received no response. I sent a message through their website and received no response. I have ordered another SSD and hope that works because I like the doc, but I have a bad feeling that I have wasted my money and that the company will continue to ignore me.

You are asking me to review a product I have not yet received. Can you check when I am supposed to receive it before asking me to review it please.
