Nice idea shame about the execution
Nice idea shame about the execution. Ordered a mothers day product and the ordering system is bad. You can't see your end product so you get what you get. Follow the instructions carefully. Advice. Pick only landscape style photos. They come out more than twice the size of portrait photos so you have a chance of seeing them. They are tiny Do do a portrait till rotate and save all the photos first into landscape and then create a roll with those. I wouldn't mix and match as the pictures would be at different orientations. Customer service was good but not helpful. When you create more than 1 photo roll you have to email in your pictures. They put mine in the wrong order. Forget about refunds. They ask you to send your item back. Guess what. They are based in China and that's not shown anywhere on the site. Actual product is ok. Not a great build. You can't easily wind back the film photos. Very much a gimmick. Buyers regret. Really hate the false advertising saying but in next few hours as sale is ending. It never does. Like the spam emails you'll get daily
