Extremely happy with the company, order, and service. You have to be very cautious with companies in this space. Mining Syndicate has real employees that you can get on the phone if you have questions or concerns. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Bought a miner and hosting from this company towards the end of 2021. At first things went smooth and well. That lasted about two months. Then I noticed that my new miner that was rated at 72th was going down and down and occasionally going off-line. Each time I had to email them as they did not appear to be monitoring it. Then it was off for a couple weeks and they offered a loaner. It was hashing down in the 50-60th range and after a few days hashing went to zero. Guess they pulled it didn’t bother to tell me? Sent yet another email and was informed my miner, still under warrantee, was sent off for repair. A few weeks later it was back online for less than one day and hashing went to zero. Several more emails and I was assured that my miner would be repaired and back online. Then the response turned into “I’ll look into it and get right back to you.” Now, I don’t even get the courtesy of a response to my emails. I have always been cordial and nice in my writings even when I have been inwardly a bit hot under the collar.

Loren, I apologize that you had a bad experience with us. Sometimes we just drop the ball, plain and simple. We grew too fast and lagged behind on support. We'd love a chance to make it right if you'd ever like to chat.

Once my miner was in Mining Syndicate's possession, I was overwhelmed with all the support and updates. The transparency of this company is incredible. I will be ordering again.

I first met Matthew on a tour back in February. After getting scammed by some dengen on FB marketplace I wasn't taking any chances. Matthew was great and answered all of my questions. I ended up ordering two S19s and an L7. The L7 took freaking forever to arrive but I knew from the Bitmain press releases that the whole industry was experiencing it. I got plugged in within a couple weeks and have been hashing smoothly ever since. Thinking about getting an S19 XP if these prices persist...Great company to work with.

I bought my first miner at the end of 2021 and it took a a month to get setup! I was losing profit everyday, but DD and Will were very transparent with everything that was happening and made me feel assured that I was going to be taken care of. After the month long period of waiting I was plugged in and ever since I've been enjoying my money printer with little to no issues. As soon as I send a question over to customer service they usually have everything taken care of in 48 hours. Planning to buy again soon!
