I don’t know how there are so many great reviews, honestly. I paid $71 for a month, return is 10 cents a day, oh! I’ll get $3 on my $71 less $10 discount! What a deal, not!
Emails asking for $500 for one tenth of a server? Ha ha, I’ll get maybe $35 back? No thanks. Scam city here.

A Disappointing Experience with Mining syndicate: A Cautionary Experience
I approached Mining Syndicate with optimism, attracted by their noble intentions in the cryptocurrency mining industry. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, leading me to caution potential customers about their services. My journey with them has been marred by a series of disappointments, the most glaring being their recent decision to take our BTC miner offline during a crucial bull run (Mar 2024), with a baffling requirement for us to sign a new contract before reconnection - when it was initially taken offline (to move it to another facility within 2 weeks, yet it is still offline 5+ weeks later)
This isn't an isolated incident; the company has a troubling history of significant downtime. Despite numerous complaints and attempts to address these issues, it would often take days, sometimes weeks, to get our miners back online. The recent contract they've pushed, alarmingly, lacks any provisions for downtime compensation, a critical flaw considering we've faced downtime of 60-90% in some months.
To add insult to injury, their customer service framework has crumbled. The departure of DD, the only responsive customer service representative, has left a void. Attempts to reach out to the owner, Chris, and their technical representative, William, have been met with silence. I've sent three emails since receiving their contract two weeks ago—during which our miner has been offline for over five weeks amidst the March 2024 BTC bull run—without a single response.
Reflecting on my decision to purchase a miner in April 2023, which wasn't connected until September 2023, and then only to have it online for a mere six weeks due to constant downtime in 2023, I'm left with regret.
While I believe in giving companies the benefit of the doubt, especially those with good intentions in the like what MS is working to accomplish - allowing the individual to mine crypto - Mining Syndicate's execution of their business model is deeply flawed. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and inadequate customer service are critical areas that need immediate attention.
To anyone considering Mining Syndicate for their mining needs, I urge you to proceed with caution. While the option of crypto mining world is a great option, the reality with this MS may not meet your expectations. It is a company trying to do a good job, and if the customer service was still there it would have been a barely palatable experience but sadly missing the mark. Buyer beware.
UPDATE: Shortly after before this review was posted, William responded to update me that there will be compensation for downtime and this will be posted 2 months after it occurs. The miner was kept offline while the contract was pending signing, however I did not receive note of the contract until 4+ weeks after the miner was disconnected. Though there was some follow up, I am keeping the review to 2/5 stars because however my overall experience has been very poor with numerous missed opportunities and lots of avoidable lost revenue opportunities to recoup the initial costs.

Unprofessional and unresponsive
I had my miners sent to me after fulfilling my year term. They were sent in poorly packaged boxes and one sustained damage. No additional insurance was purchased and they weren't going to take any responsibility. Multiple billing issues, takes weeks to get answers or updates. They disappear for weeks at a time when new miners are available to buy but aren't delivered for months after their arrival date. There are many other retail mining hosting companies. Use them instead and avoid any issues with these people.
