The customer service is just fantastic. My package could not get delivered due to an address issue, but Marc from customer service communicated my options very well and managed to get the product shipped out again!

I haven’t received my order yet, but I just wanted to say I have received amazing customer service already. I ordered several mini microscopes today and somehow something I did not order ended up on my order after I paid. I emailed them right away and within minutes they responded AND issued the refund. I am extremely pleased and looking forward to getting the product!

The mini scope came in an OK time, the LED light hurts my child’s eye, and when I have tried is quite bright, you can see but generally I’m not impressed with this product.

I haven't received the product yet but in the process of ordering there was a problem. I emailed and received a reply in less than 24 hours with an offer of a solution. Great service and I can't wait to share the product with my grandkids!
