Bought the Fort Kit. We got a set of plastic ball connectors and rods, yes. The connectors seem much smaller than pictured, and the builds seem quite flimsy. My 10-year old can connect the bits, for the 5-yo it's not at all easy. They can still build stuff and have fun with it, yes, but the set REALLY isn't worth even the reduced price. Bought two sets to give one to friends, will not be doing that as I do not like to give gifts of poor quality. Honestly, the impression I got was of a cheap rip-off of a better product.

Ich vergebe 2 Sterne wegen des relativ schnell reagierenden Kundenservice. Ansonsten ist es schade,das offensichtlich zuerst die Schuld beim Kunden gesucht wird und erheblicher Druck ausgeübt wird um PayPal Fälle zu schließen,damit man als Firma gut da steht. Es wirkt nicht so,als wenn die Hilfe für den Kunden im Vordergrund steht sondern es geht ausschließlich um das Eigene Standing der Firma. Das hat Geschmäckle. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und kann es auch leider nicht gutem Gewissens empfehlen. Ich möchte meine Bewertung anpassen. Ich habe jetzt schon 2x eine Anfrage von Trustpilot bekommen ich möchte bitte beweisen,das meine Bewertung echt ist,also der Fall nicht erfunden ist. Minilabsters würde an der Echtheit meiner Bewertung zweifeln. Dieses Verhalten der Firma Minilabsters zeigt nochmal explizit was ich meine ... Kritik wird nicht konstruktiv angenommen,sondern der Kritiker wird schlecht gemacht.Unseriöser geht es kaum. Trustpilot kann nix dafür. Sie müssen dem ja nachgehen. Sabine Bark

The mini scope came in an OK time, the LED light hurts my child’s eye, and when I have tried is quite bright, you can see but generally I’m not impressed with this product.

I found the product great but the customer service severely lacking. They may as well have said "go figure it out for yourself!". Service is always the pinnacle of a positive experience, so it is a shame. Their accessory kit that you purchase comes with no instructions on how it can be used, and for gift giving , could be much better with an inspiring ideas booklet for example. Their audience is children, therefore what is ‘simple’ to them may not be to a 7 year old.
