I ordered too many mini microscopes and emailed Francis. She emailed back the next day and canceled the extra order. Friendly, understanding, and speedy customer service! I can wait for the product to arrive.

In November I ordered a Mini Microscope and Accessory Kit to be sent to my granddaughter in New Zealand. We were notified that the package was delivered but unfortunately my daughter never received it. When I followed up with MiniLabsters, they said the parcel was not delivered and was returned by the delivery service. My emails were responded to very quickly and another Microscope was sent out on December 5th to the same NZ address. This parcel arrived safely and in good condition today so all has been resolved. I really appreciate the prompt attention MiniLabsters gave my situation. My emails were answered quickly and always with offers to help to correct the mistake. I would certainly recommend this company to friends. Thank you.

I emailed MiniLabsters after I made a purchase requesting assistance, as I forgot to use a 15% coupon. I received a very swift response stating they applied that coupon and credit me the difference. A slight confusion over delivery. The tracker said it had been delivered when in fact it hadn't been. Customer support was very responsive and assured me it would arrive. It arrived the next day.
