I joined Mingle (web and app) and after 2 days they blocked my profile. I wrote back saying there must be an error and 6 weeks later they reinstated my profile as they had erred. I wrote back after 4 days explaining that their messaging system was not working (they had emailed me stating that I had messages from other users but those messages did not appear when I logged in, time after time after time). Because of my (constructive) complaint to them they immediately blocked me again! Effectively, their app is not fit for purpose in my opinion and they were so thin skinned that they could not take even modest criticism constructively. That reactive behaviour says it all about their company and staff. They don't even deserve 1 star but that is the lowest score available. My opinion is that their app and web are tricky to navigate and don't function as they should and their staff take offense and overreact when an error is pointed out to them. In short they are dismal and a useless waste of time.

You suspended my account but did not say why. I am owed an explanation. I will give your stupid website a negative review.

I tried Mingle2 on two different occasions thinking maybe I just had bad luck the first time around. I quickly came to the conclusion that the problem is the site itself, which seems to be a superhighway for grifters, catfish scammers and other con artists. I talked to one woman and at first, I had hopes that she was legitimate, until the red flags started popping up. She was supposedly local, but temporarily overseas on business, a claim that created doubt on my part, but I played along. The kicker was when she sent me a photo of her with the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the background, while claiming she took it in Turkey. She seemed quite surprised that I would know that one of the most iconic landmarks was in fact located in Italy. I happened to meet my wife online about 25 years ago and she was the most wonderful woman I ever met. We were together over 18 years until cancer took her from me. A few years later I figured perhaps since online worked the first time, why not again? What I found out is that the whole process has become sullied by petty thieves and websites that have made themselves the self proclaimed gate keepers to meeting people online. Perhaps there are legit sites out there, but Mingle2 is not one of them.

They closed my profile for no reason ! ! ! They are so incompetent and unacceptable. Not even once when I was member they didn't meet even lowest expectations ... I wish the law could put such trashes where they belong !

I have been using this in India and an absolute waste of time. Multiple profiles of same person with different user name. Very few interested in meeting and full of escort services and call girls who mostly want a `booking` fee before even turning up. Lots of girls only wanting to provide paid video services. If possible to review minus rating I would. Avoid at all costs

Was only on the website for a few days and a few matches came through. No luck at all the men are asking for money just after a week you have started texting them. I would never recommend no one to this website stay well away save your cash. The men are located far away which is a waste of time.

99.9% fake profiles! This site should be ashamed to ask you to pay a subscription to contact people there, because you're lucky if you find even 1 profile that isn't fake. Don't waste your money.

They are filthy scammers. They take your money and you never hear back from them every again.
