This is a scam. I paid £39 for 12 months today. They auto canceled my subscription right now with no refund policy. This is theft.

Wow ..they should call it "Scammers Central" I spoke to at least 50 women and all their profiles were fake and each of them had some kind of scheme or scam going on. Don't waste your time. I have not met anybody real there..only scammers. If ever you do want to try it , ask the person you are talking to a foolproof method to know if he is real...ask them for a video call on Facebook....they will all vanish instantly. WHAT is SUPER funny is that when you upgrade your profile with a few more pics, your account gets flagged and there is so many things to do to prove you are REAL.....yet this place has ONLY scammers and you wonder how did they get approved with FAKE pictures and profiles when to get your account active again they ask for live video confirmation...that is beyond me. Seriously...forget about Mingle...total waste of time...unless you are looking for useless and empty conversational therapy

i had 2000 vistors at 64 yrs old all tiny boppers old enough to be their dad and over 1000 messages only four women near my age that i liked constant messages for 247 2 said to meet in sw london non ever turned up they stayed at home meassaging me while iwas waitng at the train station no date appeared so delated my account was a big headache remaining on mingle frost

This app deserves a zero, and should be shut down. Every single person i spoke to within 2 minutes of speaking with them asked me to go onto another site. When I said no,some got upset or insisted I switch or ghosted me. I was already skeptical about dating sites. This one is the worst I've encountered so far.

Very shady. I have spent a few days on the app and very quickly concluded that I have never seen a dating website this bad. There was virtually no real women (my age, younger, or older) on the dating site in the city of Edmonton where I am from. However, I received likes and inbox comments from scam artis after scam artist. I had several "women" want to move our conversations to one social media or another. I even snapped a picture with my phone of one of the "women" who had contacted me and did a reverse image search. It was a photo from an OBITUARY! Sad. Disgusting. The company is complicit because they make money off of the fraudster's traffic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Talked to one woman for 2 months. Finally asked her to video call, or just a phone call. Her response was I have an ear infection and can’t put the phone against my ear. I said use the speaker, of course another excuse. Then all of a sudden she blocked my number and not answering emails. Total waste of time. Done with apps. Rather run into someone at Walmart, it’s a lot safer

I joined Mingle2 hoping to meet genuine people, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Most of the profiles I interacted with seemed suspicious. I repeatedly encountered people with inconsistent stories, requests to move conversations off the site almost immediately, and profiles that made me question whether they were even genuine. The final straw came when I tried to privately share a normal photo of myself using an external image link. My account was instantly placed under a security review and I was told I had to complete facial photo verification to continue using the service. I contacted customer support to ask why my account had been flagged and whether there was an alternative verification method that did not require facial biometric verification. Instead of answering my questions, I only received automated replies explaining how to delete my account. I appreciate the need for security measures, but legitimate users deserve a clear explanation and access to a human representative when their accounts are restricted. My experience left me feeling like the automated system was more interested in flagging me than addressing the suspicious profiles I had encountered. Until the platform improves its customer support, transparency, and ability to distinguish legitimate users from bad actors, I cannot recommend it.

Full of scammers and fake profiles. They won't video chat usually.A couple of times I video chatted and found black African men instead of women on the other side. I have texted to over 50 profiles and none of them were real or genuine. Beware!
