I had underutilized solar panels on the roof of my warehouse, and the team helped me put them to good use by setting up some miners. Things got set up about a month ago and it has been running very smoothly since.

I started with a few miners hosted at Pickaxe and the bull market convinced me to expand. They’ve been very consistent and it seems like they’re always working to build out new systems to make the mining system easier.

Huge loss of investment, poor service
I made an investment in a mining server this spring and was told how great it would be, etc. and misled on information, and then which lost all value in a matter of months. After 6 months the $10k server was no longer profitable and now loses money to run it based on higher electricity bill than value of bitcoin mined. I had purchased this server for $10,000 and have come nowhere close to getting my investment back (20% at best) . My server was sent to china for repairs and lost another 3 months due to this service. It was fixed however. The Service is very poor little or no communication happens. They want to run my server even when it is losing money now. I have written off this $10,000 purchase as a complete loss at this point. Buyer beware. This is very high risk !

Hi Steve, you requested for us to turn off your unit and we did, which is something no one in the industry does. We told you about all of the different machines available when you were placing your order. The Kaspa unit that you purchased had its market hash rate increased very significantly as individual miners and publicly traded mining companies purchased a significant amount of units - which they continue to do even now. Kaspa is now down to half of its all-time high and has not seen a huge jump in coin price, which is what it needs to counteract the immense amount of units that were purchased and brought onto the network. We are in the same exact position with the units we purchased as a company, but we continue to run and operate them, accumulating crypto for the bull run. There was no point during the process in which you were misled on information. You selected your unit specifically. Regarding communication and service, your unit was up continuously. Once your unit had an issue with a missing hashboard, we sent it for repair under warranty as you asked. You asked what the status of repairs was, we said the manufacturer was still repairing it. There was no update on their end, so we told you exactly what was told to us every time we had an update. We understand you are unhappy about the Kaspa market, but since that's not in our control, we are doing everything that is in our control to ensure you have a positive experience - which is why we shut the units off during this downtrend. Whenever you would like it turned back on, we would be more than happy to do so.

I bought miners through my company. After setup, everything has been running well, and support has been quick. The initial setup had delays, which is why it's not a full 5 stars. Overall, I'm happy with the experience.

Couldn’t go with a better hosting and mining company. They took the time to educate me on the different miners, ROI’s over different coins . They held my non tech savvy hand when it came to moving my crypto from the wallet to my actual bank account.. 10 stars if I could give them that .
