They responded pretty quickly after I DMd them on Twitter. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fix it but they helped me out and I was able to fix it under 15 mins! 5 stars for speedy and clear responses! :D

The support was great, the servers work wonderfully! What more could you ask than great and helpful support when you have issues, not to mention they were incredibly friendly, and free Minecraft and great servers!

My expirence with minehut has been nothing but good, one time my server wouldn't start and I reached out to minehut support and they responded within the hour and luckily I had figured it out after looking at the logs, I run an SMP on minehut and have only had 2 problems with it in the past and it has been running for 2-3 months and with the added ability to upload any plugins (unlike other providers) and most other files, it makes my expirence really fun,

The support was really great and fast. They helped me alot and they are friendly. Overall great!

This is one of the worst servers I've been. First of all, the website is the glitchiest and slowest website I have ever seen. It takes up to a minute to load the page itself on a good computer. Plus, most of the features are broken and do not even work. For example, if I want to delete a world and do so, the world stays the same. The fact that it is impossible to upload maps and install plugins is unbearable. Second, the moderators. Anything that might seem like the slightest thing is so dramatic for them that you will get banned for a whole week without any further explaination. I got muted for 100 years [yes, 100 years] for saying "[other server hosting platform] is better" relative to someone not being able to install mods in Minehut. I was also talking to a bunch of people and said "Imagine not using /ad when advertising" (/ad is a command you need to use when advertising) and got muted for 24 hours. I then submitted a ticket and I got an unban. However, they said that if I do it again they won't do anything, but however, I didn't do anything! Not to mention that in the forums, if you post a topic in an incorrect category, you will get a warning that lasts forever. Third is the treatment. Once you join the game there are tons of ads currently being spammed about other servers. It's incredibly annoying once you try to talk to others while private chat. Also, there are ranks you are able to buy (which by the way are very expensive, but I understand) and they give you a completely white chat color. Those who do not have a rank have this almost undistinguishable gray chat color that cannot be seen. If you're trying to talk to someone, be ready to witness the massive wave of advertisements that make your message disappear in a fraction of a second. Also, with the private message thing I mentioned earlier, if you get muted on Minehut, you are not able to private message ANYONE, leaving the whole purpose of talking to friends useless. Thank god there was someone in the Minehut Discord who unbanned me. Speaking about the Minehut Discord, people who are there treat new members badly, and the community is dead. There are almost no conversations in the Discord.

Thay have very good severs for free and the customer support is good.

I have been using minehut since 2017 and never had issues except when I got banned for being a bot but that was fixed within 10 minutes. However, ever since their "Minehut unleased" I can't use their website. Their website uses 100% of my CPU for some odd reason and it crashes my chrome.

For a free hosting service, Minehut is amazing! The staff are very nice, and most of the community members are very helpful! There used to be lag but nowadays I don't feel any lag unless there are 10 players on a free server at once. Very good Minecraft server hosting service! There is the occasional hacker or toxic person, which is common among thousand player count servers like this one. So not a huge deal. Only concern I have is some of the people who make servers using Minehut are bad people, but Minehut seems to be cracking down on them even if doing so is a bit slow.
