Seems like they don't know what a backup is. Just building casual and the server went offline two times. The world was rested to an earlier stage and none of the newer backups worked. 7 Hours of work is gone… I wrote the support, but they are just ignoring my messages. If you feel like not loosing hours of progress and don't feel like having a support which is just ignoring the problems they have, then you maybe don't want minehut as your server hoster.

The server has been reseted and all my changes in the last 5 hours were reseted the second time!

Minehut is pretty good. I know people complain about lag but that's lobbies, they ain't doing anything to your server. Minehut is also great to learn how to be a server owner or staff. they have awesome tutorials. One thing I will though is letting us have more ram would be nice or make the server plans cheaper, please. Maybe make daily plan 25 credits/day So this way Minehut gets votes and we get an extra GB of ram. Hope this helps <3

Minehut is a great resource if you want the world to see your server (public,) HOWERVER if you want to have a privet server, you might consider looking elsewhere.

I love minehut and it is so awesome especiakly how i dont have to download viruses to add plugins. but i think they should make an option for a custom server icon because the diamond is boring.
