I recently had an issue with my server and their customer support was amazing!! They responded very quickly and helped me get the issue solved within a few days.

I've always had issues with Minehut. I've been a customer since 2020. I contacted support, told them about my issue. They told me that they forwarded it to their team and would look into them. Around 7 hours later I get a reply telling me to add EVEN more CPU to the server, even though that's not the issue. They don't even bother to look into your problem with servers and just make assumptions and asks you to buy even more of their overpriced stuff when you're already paying them £60/month.

The support answered super quickly, and in a few moments my issue was fixed. They were so fast, and it is a free plataform! Thanks guys!

I thought I could have an amazing deal of the Halloween special 360 credits MH35 server plan. However, my payment didn’t go through because my server plan renewed on the 3rd which is 2 days after the Halloween special ended. The issue is resolved and I am really happy and satisfied because customer support cared so much about their customers that they went out their ways to help me able to get the MH35 server plan.

I was very scared my server would be gone, thank you for helping me out. Great staff at Minehut.
